One of the non-avian highlights of out time at PODA were all the grassfrogs, we would often hear and sometimes see.

Breaking waves turned this image of this peacful whimbrel into a rather dramatic looking scene.
When photographing a Whimbrel, this little ringed plover kept walking into the frame.

After a little swim the cormorant hopped onto the branch to fan its wings.
